RALEIGH, NC (WWAY) -- A Wilmington man and his daughter have pleaded guilty to federal charges after prosecutors say they used several medical practices they owned to submit fake bills to Medicare and Medicaid.
Roy Creasy pleaded guilty to conspiring to commit health care fraud. His daughter Tamala Creasy Newton admitted to 13 counts of aiding and abetting health care fraud, one count of conspiring to commit health care fraud, four counts of mail fraud and one count of identity theft.
Creasy faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine. Newton faces decades in prison and millions of dollars in fines. Sentencing is set for October 4.

WELL THAT IS WHAT SHE GETS. SHE AND ROY HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO TURN THIS AROUND AND FIX THE SITUATION BUT THEY CHOSE TO CONTINUE TO LIE AND DEFRAUD THE GOVERNMENT. ROY SHOULD GET THE SAME PUNISHMENT AS TAMI BECAUSE HE KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON...BUT ITS ALL OVER NOW...

why wait 4 months for sentencing?
Have the authorities confiscated all assets which could be liquified? What about passports?
