 TextA registered sex offender is back behind bars for failing to notify deputies of his most current address. New Hanover County sheriff's deputies had been looking for bryon white for months. Deputies arrested White on March 10 after an anonymous tipster told authorities where he was. White told detectives he was living in areas across Wilmington and had forgotten to register a permanent address with authorities. His most current address: the New Hanover County jail.
