WILMINGTON -- Tuesday night it was Wilmington City Council. Wednesday morning the New Hanover County Commission followed suit by passing a moratorium on new internet sweepstakes cafes.
The county ban, which passed by a 4-1 vote, will last 60 days. The city's moratorium is for 90 days.
