GE gives back

GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy is giving back to the community in a big way. GE gave a $24,000 check to United Way, a non-profit organization that helps those in need. The money was raised by GE employees who are participating in next week's golf tournament. The money will go towards GE's total goal to raise $518,000 to address the highest priority needs in the Cape Fear region. United Way and GE are also raising money by hosting a 5K race and an ice cream social.
