WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- It was back to school Monday for dozens of sailors serving aboard the USS Gravely.

The men and women made a stop at Williston Middle School in Wilmington, including a tour of campus. Many also spoke to students, who had plenty of questions about being in the Navy.

The sailors say they always look forward to speaking to kids about the jobs they do and opportunities in the Navy.

"It brings you back to being a kid. I remember being in that position wondering what you were going to do," said Logistics Specialist Kyle Kelley. "I never thought of the navy but knowing all the opportunities that are out there being able to pass that out, let them know about the opportunities that are out there for them."
