Group provides NC military families with computers

READ MORE:
FORT BRAGG, N.C. -- A nonprofit group is providing computers to the families of paratroopers and Marines preparing to deploy from North Carolina military bases. The laptop computers from Operation Homelink will allow families of junior enlisted soldiers to stay in touch with the deployed soldiers and Marines. The group will provide 75 computers to paratroopers at Fort Bragg on Friday and 100 computers to Marines at Camp Lejeune on Saturday. The nonprofit organization is based in Chicago. It has provided computers to nearly 3,000 military families since 2003. (Copyright 2009 by The Associated Press. All Rights Reserved.)

This is Great!!!! However who wants to provide the Free Service?

This is great and Kudos to this group for such a generous cause. It would be really nice if someone would step up to the plate and give these families free Internet Service. I do beleive that both locations are in the Time Warner Cable Service area, looks like to me they would want to step up to the plate and provide the comp service for these families since they are defending our Country and they say how active and supportive they are in the community. Looks like a great opportunity to me. Maybe someone should contact them and see what they have to say. Never hurts to ask.
