Healthy office snacks

Healthy Veggie Dip * 1-cup fat-free sour cream * 1-tablespoon onion finely chopped * 1-teaspoon seasoned salt * 1-cup low-fat mayonnaise * 1-tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped or 1 teaspoon dried parsley * 1-tablespoon fresh dill weed, chopped or 1 teaspoon dried dill weed Mix all ingredients together 12 hours before serving. Keep covered and refrigerated. Makes 18 servings (2 tablespoons each). Serve on baked potatoes or with raw vegetables of your choice.

There used to be this guy I worked with, little midget of a guy, who used to eat crackers and spit them all over the place when he would eat. I sure am glad he's gone.
