BRIAN REAVES

I CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT A PERSON THAT RAPED AND BEAT A 95 YEAR OLD WOMEN IS ALLOWED TO STILL BE BREATHING . OUR SOCIETY HAS BECOME SO WEAK AND TOLERANT OF SICK AND UNFORGIVABLE ACTS WE LOOK THE OTHER WAY AND THANK WHO EVER IT WASN'T OUR FAMILY.ACTS SUCH AS THIS SHOULD BE AUTOMATIC DEATH UPON CAPTURE.EYE FOR AN EYE.OH YEAH HOW MUCH IS THIS WASTEFUL EVALUATION COSTING THE TAX PAYER.

I disagree

Death is TOO easy for someone like this. Put them in a cell for the rest of their life with a 300 pound man named Bubba so he can be Bubba's prison wife. BTW, it's generally accepted that executions cost more than life sentences. The amount of legal fees, etc for executions is astronomical!

You are so right!!!!
