It was an emotional homecoming for dozens of soldiers at Fort Bragg Tuesday. About 100 troops from the Airborne Corps Analysis and Control Element arrived at Pope Air Force Base after traveling from Iraq. They are all anxious to reunite with their families for the holidays and make up for lost time.

Jennifer Gherardini is returning from Iraq and said, "I missed all of her teeth falling out that she's lost so far, I missed her first dance recital, her whole first year of school and a lot of growing up. I barely recognize her."

The troops spent 15 months in Iraq in support of Operation Iraq Freedom.
