The Halloween holiday isn’t just for people anymore. In Wilmington, canines have been getting into the holiday spirit too. Dogs were all suited up for Coastal K-9 Bakery's Howl-O-Ween party. Store workers gave a prize to the pooch with the best costume. The celebration also had activities for pets and owners to participate in.
