The National Weather Service is warning about rip currents along the Carolinas coast.

Folks got the brunt of the snow in Pender County but as that snow turned to rain it turned into a slushy mess on the roads there. DOT plows were on the roads all afternoon and traffic has been moving right along for the most part.
