Kitchen Cops 2/26/09

We went two months without a low performer in our Kitchen Cops reports. Now we have one two weeks in a row. Nikki's Hibachi Steak House on Military Cutoff Road in Wilmington lost four points because tofu salad, fish roe, fish heads, chicken and crab were all too warm. Three more points off because salmon was in an open box in the can wash instead of a cooler. Plus rice was stored near the back door in a bucket without a lid and panko was stored in an open bag. 11 Violations in all and a score of 87 for Nikki's on Military Cutoff.
