Another week without low performers in our Kitchen Cops report. But there are two high performers. This week's top score belongs to the Wilmington 76 Auto Truck Stop, including a Subway restaurant, on Highway 421 near the Holmes Bridge across the river from Downtown Wilmington. A perfect 100 plus two points for workers passing a food safety course and a total score of 102. To Toscana Café and Gourmet Market in Fulton Station at 17th Street and College Road in Wilmington. A half point off for some cleaning and maintenance needs. Add back the two-point bonus for a total score of 101.5.
