There are no low performers in this week's Kitchen Cops report. But there are a couple of high performers here in New Hanover County.
This week's top score belongs to the Subway in Carolina Beach. Despite notes to keep an eye on the temperature of the hot water and the need to replace burned out light bulbs in the restrooms, it's a perfect score of 100.
The folks at D&U Diner on Nixon Street in Wilmington need to fix the ceiling. The half-point violation the only blemish on the inspection for a score of 99.5.
