No low performers in this week's Kitchen Cops report, but there are three high performers. This week's highest score belongs to Capri Italian Deli in Holden Beach. There was a half-point off because a few things needed to be wiped out. Add back a two-point bonus for workers passing a food safety course for a score of 101.5. In New Hanover County, Firehouse Subs on Carolina Beach Road received no violations and a perfect 100. Just up the road at Monkey Junction, Portofino Deli received a half-point off because dry goods need to be stored in approved covered containers after they were opened. 99.5 for Portofino Deli.
