Kitchen Cops 9/25/08

There are no low performers in this week's Kitchen Cops report, but there are three high performers. Two restaurants share this week's top score beginning with Asian Buffet at 2541 Carolina Beach Road in Wilmington. They received a half-point off because some gaskets were split on a cooler, but a two-point bonus for workers passing a food safety course. The same score of 101.5 goes to Slice of Life on Military Cutoff Road. Just a half-point deduction to clean around the dumpster and keep the dumpster doors closed. Finally, to A Southern Thyme on Fountain Drive in Wilmington. They received a half point off because rusting shelves need to replaced or repaired and burned out lights in the hood need to be replaced. A Southern Thyme received a 99.5.
