Kitchen Cops 9/27/07

There are no high or low performers in this week's Kitchen Cops report. But there is one restaurant that had a second chance with the health inspector. Last month, Old Chicago on Market Street in Wilmington scored an 85 with eight violations including flies in the kitchen. That problem was fixed, along with most of the others. This time around, just a couple problems and an improvement to 97.5.
