Land donated to CFCC for research

Things at Cape Fear community College are going to get wild. Cape Fear Community College has become the owner of the newly established Judia Blackburn Sanders Nature Preserve in New Hanover County. Nathan Sanders donated more than 300 acres of undeveloped waterfront property along River Road. CFCC students in marine technology, biology, landscape and gardening will be able to study wildlife and plants on the property.

Funny how Nathan Sanders' land is given to make a nature preserve. He has ruined so much of the southern part of the county by building junky apartments and even building on wetlands. This guy always changes environmental regulations to suit his greed. He is truly a land legend in his own mind!

You tree huggers have no concept of economics. It's called capitalism. It's his land, he can do what he wants with it. If you didn't want something to be built then you should have bought it yourself and let it see there and rot!
