Lejeune Marine charged with murder

ONSLOW COUNTY, NC (WWAY) -- A judge denied bond this morning for a Camp Lejeune Marine charged with murder. Investigators say 24-year-old Raul Torres-Almodovar killed 29-year-old Anneka Lasseter.

Court documents show Torres-Almodovar told investigators he was "involved" in Lasseter's death and that it happened some time late Saturday or early Sunday.

Records also show he admitted taking her body to a rural area. Deputies found Lasseter's body yesterday afternoon in the back of a cotton field in Jones County.

I can't find any information on why this is a 24 year old Private,being married....or prior's! Please help on info on this perp!
