I wonder if he did this to stop court proceedings he may have had with the court. Only, perhaps looking at the calendar wrong, he chose the wrong day to call in the threat. He was, perhaps, blessed with a snow day the next day and sitting in jail and is thinking "DOH" (to quote the Simpsons cartoon.) Who in their right mind would call a bomb threat into a building that is closed down for a holiday? Better yet, one cannot be in his right mind calling in a bomb threat in today's world. Silly boy, I swear.
Idiot.
