Man accused of threatening Congressman McIntyre

A man accused of making threats against Congressman Mike McIntyre has been ordered to stay away. The order is against Michael Locklear of Maxton. Locklear is charged with entering McIntyre's Lumberton office last month, demanding that workers contact the Congressman, and then refused to leave. Aides said he threatened to come back with a gun. Locklear remains in jail pending a January court date. He faces charges of injury to personal property, resisting a public officer and communicating threats.
