WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- Wilmington Police arrested Xavier Cooper early this morning and charged him with possessing and trafficking cocaine. Cooper was found with 32.8 grams on him while being asked about an attempted breaking and entering. Cooper is in the New Hanover County jail under a $40,000 secure bond.
