McDonald's murder arrests

READ MORE: McDonald's murder arrests

Police arrested three people connected to a fatal shooting at a Mcdonald's in Elizabethtown last year. In January 2009 a gun battle between rival gangs led to the shooting death of 19-year-old Jahkee Sledge.

This week, police charged 22 year old Jason Johnson, 20 year old Terrance Daniels, and 19 year old Unique Lesane with first degree murder and inciting a riot.

"A bullet fired by gang members at gang members is not selective" says District Attorney Rex Gore. "Especially when it's done in a public place."

Gore says he expects several more arrests related to the January murder in the near future. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to contact the Elizabethtown police department at 910-862-3125.
