(New Hanover County) New Hanover County Officials are asking for your help in apprehending two or more suspects connected with the robbery of a volunteer for the Home Delivered Meals Program.
Shortly before 12:00 PM, a New Hanover County Home Delivered Meals Volunteer was robbed in the vicinity of 14th and Dock Streets. The suspects fled the scene in a dark colored sedan, similar to a Ford Crown Victoria. The volunteer was unharmed.
The home Delivered Meals Program delivers meals to home-bound elderly citizens age 60 and over, Monday - Friday. The meals are prepared in the New Hanover County Senior Resource Center Kitchen and are packed and delivered by volunteers.

Some people have no shame, no morals, no ethics and no self worth. Lets catch them and put them in the center of downtown tied to posts for people to throw things at...mainly bricks, knives and manure.
When are we gonna have enough of this crap?
We sure can't focus enough on this.Stay away from areas of the city.Thugs don't care that people are taking care of there elders. It's a sorry state of affairs when they do this in this city or anywhere else.
