Onslow County deputies have charged the mother of a dead infant found in an Onslow County dump truck last week.
Deputies arrested 19-year-old Dana Browning of Hubert on charges of concealing the birth of a child, failure to report a death and obstructing justice.
Medical examiners determined that the body was that of a full-term newborn, but were unable to tell if the baby was born alive.
The investigation is ongoing.

all of the adults who are unable to concieve children, it is a travesty this young woman did not allow her child the opportunity for adoption and an alternative in life other than to end up in a dump truck.
