New Covenant Holiness Church collects toys

For the eleventh year in a row, members of New Covenant Holiness Church collected hundreds of toys to give out at Mary S. Mosley Performance Center. More than 200 toys were given away Saturday in Wilmington. The toys were given to everyone in the community who signed up to be in the drawing. The gifts ranged from everything from games to the crowd favorite...bicycles. Ten year old Rondeja Destiny said, "It's special because this is my second bike and it's a big bike and the other one that I had was little." The church collects, then gives away hundreds of toys each year to show the community that church is about family, love, and caring.
