Woman charged with smuggling drugs into jail

Investigators say a Bladen County woman tried to smuggle drugs in the county jail, but landed herself behind bars instead. Deputies arrested Anicet Delgado Ibarra, 20, of Elizabethtown yesterday and charged her with possession of a controlled substance in jail. Full story...
