In this week's edition of "And the Winner is..." we have a soup-er topic. The Pleasure Island Chowder Cook-Off takes place next weekend in Carolina Beach. In honor of the 16th annual event, we want to know who cooks up the thick stew better than the rest. Whether it's New England or Manhattan clam, seafood, corn or potato, we want to know who makes the BEST CHOWDER in the Cape Fear? Here's how the votes are mixing up so far (5 pm Tues.):
