Boehner shunned by 2 NC House members for speaker’s post
Two House Republicans from North Carolina declined to support John Boehner for a third term as speaker. Tuesday's televised roll call for the speaker's election had Reps. Walter Jones from the 3rd District and Mark Meadows of the 11th District each voting for Rep. Daniel Webster of Florida.
