Don Yousey

Republican Don Yousey is running for the Brunswick County Commission's 5th District seat, which has been held by long-time Commissioner Bill Sue. Yousey was the Brunswick County Health Director for 14 years. He says if elected he will bring the same leadership to the commission that he did to the Health Department. Originally from upstate New York, Yousey spent more than 25 years in the Air Force. He says he decided to run for County Commission because he has some concerns about the way business has been going lately in Brunswick County.
