Pink Ribbon Day kicks off tomorrow in Leland with a day full of events aimed at raising funds for the American Cancer Society. You can enjoy food, dance performances, arts and crafts shopping and fun for the kids all while helping raise money for breast cancer care and research. Annual 5k and 10k continue aiding uninsured young people fighting cancer. Folks got together for the 5k and 10k run benefiting local cancer patients. The event in was created in 2005 by Tim Reilly after his dear friend, Steve Haydu was diagnosed with cancer. Full story...
