Murder suspect out on bail arrested on heroin charges in court

videoPolice arrested Hines this morning when he showed up for court on other drug charges. He was arrested in September of 2011 for the murder of 23-year-old Cornelius Blanks. Hines was out on bond for that murder charge.

videoA source close to the family says Garry Orlando Hines, who was arrested Saturday for the murder of Cornelius Tremayne Blanks, is the brother of Al'Quon Flowers. Flowers went missing back in July, just two months after Blanks was killed outside of Club 609.

Arrest made in May murder outside club

More than four months after a man was shot to death outside a Wilmington club, police have made an arrest for the crime. Garry Orlando Hines, 18, is charged with the first degree murder of Cornelius Tremayne Blanks, 20, of Burgaw.
