Police: Surf City woman used fake bills for Scout cookies

A North Carolina woman has been charged with trying to use counterfeit $20 bills to buy Girl Scout cookies. The Daily News of Jacksonville reports that 35-year-old Wendy Wilson of Surf City was charged by Surf City Police on Monday with passing three fake $20 bills to buy the cookies.
