Chief, DA say Denk autopsy wrong

videoWilmington's police chief and the district attorney say they side with the family of a woman who died in a confrontation with police in disputing an autopsy report from the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME). Grace Louise Denk died Jan. 28 after police say she raised a gun at officers, who then opened fire killing her.

Police say woman killed in officer-involved shooting had handgun

videoAround 1:17 a.m. police were dispatched to the 700 block of Tabor Lane for a domestic dispute between a man and a woman. When officers arrived they approached Grace Louise Dink, 21, who was sitting in the driver's seat of a silver vehicle. Police say she had a hand-gun.
