Wilmington welcomes first ever city-owned green building

Wilmington city officials have opened the first ever city-owned green building. The building, on the corner of 17th and Marstellar Streets will house the city street sweeper vehicles.

New incentives for green building

Senators RC Soles and Julia Boseman are pushing a bill to make North Carolina a little greener. The senators support a pair of bills that would offer incentives to green builders in New Hanover, Brunswick, and Pender counties.
