Surf City insurance agent charged with embezzlement

Insurance Commissioner Wayne Goodwin today announced the arrest of Nell Marie Griffin, 34, of 140 Douglas Drive, Holly Ridge; she is charged with one count of embezzlement by an insurance agent.
