Tense Police standoff has safe ending

It was a tense scene in Wilmington for several hours as police were involved in a standoff near Greenfield Lake. Police say it all began as a domestic assault and escalated from there. Investigators say a woman was assaulted at a home on 1314 south 7th street. She was transported to the hospital. Full story...
