According to Pender County District Attorney Ben David, the passenger charged in the fatal car crash last week is still in New Hanover Regional Medical Center, receiving reconstructive surgery. Following the crash that killed 27-year-old Jennie Moore, Lance Powers, 26, was charged with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle. Full story...
