A Wilmington couple is in jail charged in connection with an alleged prescription drug resale ring. The New Hanover County Sheriff's Office Vice and Narcotics Division says detectives arrested Joseph Scott Apodaca, 44, and Jessie Layne McCallie, 29, Friday as the result of a nearly year-long investigation.
