A man is in jail after police say he assaulted and kidnapped a woman over the weekend. Saturday morning, Wilmington Police responded to a home at 611 S. 7th Street, where a concerned citizen reported Kalmeaice Kawana Williams, 36, was beating a woman and dragging her into his home. Full story...
