Marching bands battle to celebrate MLK Day

videoIt was the Port City's first ever band battle with a head to head match up at the 2014 Historically Black College or University Experience. Fans filled the bleachers, cheerleaders pepped up the crowds, and bands went to battle at the sold out HBCU experience in the Williston Middle School gym.

NCCU hazing allegations subject of police probe

North Brunswick band marches in DC 4th of July parade

For months the North Brunswick High School Marching Band has been raising money to go to the nation's capital. Today all their hard work paid off, as the Scorpions marched in Washington, DC's 4th of July parade.
