Witnesses say they saw a white man jumped into the river, and started to float up the river towards the Coast Guard Diligence before losing sight of him.

Owner says fire that destroyed business was arson

After four hours of battling the flames crews finally have extinguished a fire at a Wilmington business. Now a joint task force made up of the Wilmington Fire Department, New Hanover County Fire Rscue and the ATF is trying to figure out what started the fire.
