Chuck Schoninger, CEO of USA InvestCo, who also owns land along the Wilmington riverfront near PPD, says the offer he got nearly three months ago was just not good enough. Not only was the price not right, Schoninger also says he wasn't sure the group making the offers had the best intentions at heart.
