video A couple with ties to R.C. Soles are back in trouble after separate alleged crimes. Frankie Jernigan is accused of trespassing again on the former senator's property. His wife is in trouble after police say she was caught on tape using pepper spray during a fight at a convenience store.

video The controversy surrounding R.C. Soles continues as the former state senator once again faces criminal charges. Soles is accused of beating a man on his property back in September. Today he was in court, but after court, Jernigan said he wants to drop the charges against Soles.

Girlfriend of Soles shooting victim dies in crash

Highway Patrol says Jessica Nealey died yesterday from injuries suffered in a car crash Monday night. Troopers say Nealey's car ran into a tree off of State Road 1141 east of Tabor City.

FIRST ON 3: Magistrate explains decision not to arrest Soles

The magistrate who issued a criminal summons for R.C. Soles yesterday says there was no reason to arrest the former senator, who was accused of beating a man. Magistrate Tucker Ward says it left to his discretion either to arrest Soles or to serve him with a criminal summons.

video B.J. Wright is on the radar again. Sunday morning around 1:00 a.m., he was riding with a woman named Crystal Gayle Lee when state troopers say Lee ran a checkpoint. They chased Lee and Wright and eventually Lee decided to pull over.
