NC NAACP President Rev. William Barber was in Wilmington Tuesday night specifically to address the issue of the Wilmington 10 and the incident that led to their arrest four decades ago. We asked the Reverend about a current issue in the Port City and what guidance he would offer the community and young people in light of six young men arrested in connection to the robbery and murder of a Chinese food delivery man.
