As the battle for North Carolina's 7th Congressional District seat continues, Rep. Mike McIntyre released a list of local leaders who support his reelection. McIntyre says 75 percent of the mayors in the 7th District have endorsed him in his race against Republican David Rouzer.

House speaker, 2 senators working in NC for Romney

Republican congressional heavyweights are coming to North Carolina this week to campaign for Mitt Romney. Romney's campaign said Monday that Arizona Sen. John McCain and South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham will attend veteran-themed events Tuesday in Cary and Fayetteville. Graham will hold a similar event Tuesday evening in Wilmington.
