Mike McIntyre in the general election. Pantano has been working ever since to try again. He says a lot has changed since his first run for Congress. Now the Republican from Johnston County wants to serve in Washington. Rouzer filed to run for US House yesterday in North Carolina's 7th Congressional District, which has a much different look this election year. A broken water pipe in the North Carolina State Board of Elections offices has caused an evacuation and forced employees to find dry ground to accept paperwork for candidates in this year's elections.
