Wrightsville Beach officials met with the NCDOT today for an update on the drawbridge project. The bridge has been under full time construction since October.

As work continues on the Wrightsville Beach Drawbridge, locals hope to see an end to the construction soon.
This morning town officials talked with the NCDOT to come up with a solution to help traffic flow onto and off the island.
