CFPUA names interim CEO

The Cape Fear Public Utility Authority has named Jim Flechtner Interim Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. Flechtner is CFPUA's Deputy CEO and Chief Operations Officer. He follows Matt Jordan, who retired last month and took a job in Florida.
