video A 12-year-old girl who was reported missing on Monday has been found. FBI officials said that Abigale Lefevers and Timothy Newman were located at a parking lot a block from Interstate 95 near Miami, Florida.

Marine charged in cabbie assault released from jail, runs from reporters

A Marine charged with attacking a Surf City cab driver earlier this month is out of jail. Adam Kinosh appeared in Onslow County Court today for charges related to the September 10 attack.

Brunswick Co. deputies pass out fliers as search for missing girl continues

video Deputies have checked reports of the man and girl in Brunswick County, but they have not led to anything so far. Investigators say to keep an eye out. They are even distributing fliers to hotels in the county.

Two Marines to be court-martialed in urination case
